We listed our home with Jeff Gaffney. He did a good job of marketing it in a difficult market. He knew the real estate market in this area and also was able to help us ready the house for sale because of his contacts with trade workers in the area. He found us a buyer which helped in the commission. We appreciated his honesty and integrity. We would highly recommend him.

Living in Penn. I had to help my sister sell her house and move into a retirement community. Jeff was very helpful in getting the ball rolling. He was able to recommend several things we could do to get the house on the market. The amazing thing was that once we got it on the market, the house sold in one day!!! Jeff was also able to handle a lot of the paperwork for me because of the distance. It really went smooth. If we had to do it again, Jeff would be our man!

Jeff is a top notch professional. He took my husband and I around town when we were contemplating relocating to the area from NY City. We brought our 3 year old and 18 month old daughters along and he was so patient with us and with them. Over the next six weeks, we communicated by text and email, he helped us learn about different neighborhoods and more about Charlottesville. We returned for a formal house hunting trip in early May and he showed us a bunch of beautiful houses in our price range that really fit our needs and lifestyle.

Jeff was present at closing and even stopped by to say hello when we were moving in. He’s a great person and was a pleasure to work with. Although we found our dream home, we are sharing his info with colleagues because of our great experience!
